Understanding Cinema 4D's interface, layouts, and customization

Main Interface Areas

Cinema 4D's interface is divided into several key areas:

  • Main Menu Bar: Top of the interface, contains all main commands and options
  • Command Palette: Below menu bar, contains frequently used tools and commands
  • Viewport: Central area where you view and manipulate 3D content
  • Object Manager: Right side, hierarchical view of scene objects
  • Attribute Manager: Right side, shows properties of selected items

Layout Management
